Shipping policy

Every Get Chungus canvas is made to order through our wholesale print partner network, so production begins only once you place your order.

 

Production time: please allow 3-5 business days for your canvas to be printed, stretched, and quality-checked before it ships.

 

Shipping zones and rates: we are currently finalizing shipping zones and carrier rates with our print partner as we confirm production capacity in each region, including New Zealand and Australia. Shipping costs will always be calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

 

Estimated delivery: because every canvas is a large, gallery-grade piece, transit times vary by destination. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its journey.
